What:
A stand-up show of material from her latest book, Uganda Be Kidding Me.
Why: It’s not expressly billed as a “manfari,” but the vodka-fueled author’s travel-inspired work promises a hefty dose of seduction and adventure, plus her trusty sidekick, Chunk.
When: Fri., 7 & 10:30 p.m.

Native Wildflower Bloom

What: Spring gives a proper hello when the sprawling California Garden of Native Plants erupts into color.
Why: Our state flower (the bright orange poppy), among hundreds of other species of plants indigenous to California.
When: Thru mid May.

What:
More high-quality old clothes than you could find in a week of scouring thrift shops.
